TISGA Remote Assistance

TISGA Remote Assistance is an application that allows us to have access to your workstation across the internet without the client needing a static IP and without compromizing your network security, as it requires you to "invite us" to connect to your computer.

This program does not install files on your computer, it is a standalone application that can be deleted once your problems have been resolved. If you need us again in the future, simply download the program again.

TISGA Remote Assistance offers our clients an immediate response to issues such as:

• Application Support
• Software installation and configuration assistance

TISGA Remote Assistance Instructions

1. Download the TISGA Remote Assistance Software and save to your desktop.
2. Call TISGA at 478-972-4765
3. You will be given a "Login/ID"
4. Once you have entered your Login/ID, we will be able to connect to your Desktop to assist you.
